WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (SEPTEMBER 12, 2016) – Lee D. Denton has joined the law firm of Wall Babcock LLP in Winston-Salem as an associate. Prior to joining Wall Babcock, Denton served as a judicial law clerk in the North Carolina Business Court for Chief Judge James L. Gale in Greensboro.
A native of Winston-Salem, Denton is a 2014 graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Wake Forest Law Review and received Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) awards in legal analysis, writing, and research, and European Union law. While in law school, Denton also received the Dean’s Award for Leadership and served as a Phi Alpha Delta Marshall. He received a B.S. degree cum laude in finance and banking from Appalachian State University in 2006. Prior to entering law school, Denton worked as a senior performance analyst with Vanguard in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Denton is a member of the Chief Justice Joseph Branch Inn of Court.
